Kitchen: Well equipped with electric oven, gas hob with cooker hood over, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, Fully stocked with all cooking equipment, dinner service, cutlery and glassware for four people.
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. Duvets available for winter months. Guests should bring own beach towels. The apartment is non-smoking although smoking is allowed on the balconies.

The Area: Situated in the quieter Eastern Algarve, the apartment is only 2kms from Cabanos’ long golden sandy beach and village, 5 kms from Tavira which is known as the most picturesque town in the Algarve, and 28kms from the Spanish border. There is a wide choice of shops, cafes and excellent restaurants for all budgets in Conceicao and nearby Cabanas to meet all tastes and budgets with fish restaurants a speciality. Lots of beautiful sun drenched beaches in the area. Interesting local markets in many villages. Nightlife is relaxed and low key centering on the bars and restaurants with a few small nightclubs in the main towns. There is a casino in Monte Gordo (15kms) with good floor show. Weather: The Algarve has the best all year round climate in Europe, attractive for long winter breaks as well as summer holidays and great for short breaks with flights to Faro and Seville taking less than two and a half hours.

Transport: Excellent (and cheap!) train and bus services locally and throughout the Algarve. Car hire is very reasonably priced for those wishing to travel more extensively. Faro airport 40 minutes drive and Seville airport in Spain about one and a half hours away.

Golf: Paradise found! Benamor golf course across the road, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima within a short drive, to mention only a few!
